We're incredibly excited to be in our last few days of rehearsal for These Stupid Things before we get to share this wonderful new piece by Hugh Travers with the world.
These Stupid Things is a blend of science, psychology and storytelling. It promises to be a unique experience with the audience participating in a number of in-play experiments that will make each night distinct. If you like theatre that grabs your attention and delivers a bittersweet story about life, love and the choices we make along the way, then These Stupid Things is for you.
After several successful screen productions (Your Mother Should Know, Trial of the Century, Election 18) These Stupid Things marks a return to the stage for Hugh Travers; his first play since his hit show LAMBO. Sarah Baxter follows up on her successful science and space exploration shows Diary of a Martian Beekeeper and To Space with Niamh Shaw.
The cast features Ian Toner who can be seen in George Clooney’s new screen version of the hit novel Catch 22 and Rachel O’Byrne who appeared most recently in The Gate’s production of The Great Gatsby.
